However, please note that this insurance does not cover errors in the delivery address made by the customer during the purchase process. Only customers who purchased this insurance will be entitled to a refund in case of an incident.
Important Information:
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays. If the carrier makes multiple delivery attempts and the customer does not take the necessary steps to collect the package, the customer may be held responsible and no refund will be granted. If the loss of the package is clearly due to customer negligence (e.g., repeated absences without rescheduling delivery), no refund will be granted. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and, in case of error, will be held responsible and no refund will be granted.

Notice on Adjustment of U.S. Customs Clearance Policy:
Due to the new U.S. customs policy that may take effect between April 1 and 2 (Eastern Standard Time), the customs clearance process may undergo adjustments during this transition period:
- The T86 customs clearance regime (tax exemption policy for orders under $800) is at risk of being canceled at any time.
- Before the new customs policy takes effect, orders to the United States will be shipped normally, but delivery delays may occur during the transition period.
- If the T86 customs clearance method is canceled, orders will be processed using an alternative method, and any applicable taxes and fees will be charged to the customer based on the actual situation.
